Agreement
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 399ok ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 399ok online gaming platform at 399ok.pro, including all products and services offered therein — cricket betting, live casino games, slots, and any other gaming products made available by 399ok from time to time.
By registering an account with 399ok, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 399ok platform.
Important Notice: 399ok is an adults-only platform. You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use this service. By accessing 399ok, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Eligibility
Who May Use 399ok
To register and maintain an active account with 399ok, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. Failure to satisfy any of these conditions is grounds for account suspension or termination.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and illegal in Bangladesh.
- You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
- You must register using accurate and truthful personal information, including your real name, active Bangladeshi mobile number, and valid date of birth.
- You must not already hold an existing account with 399ok. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds therein may be forfeited.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or legal entity when registering or using the platform. Each account must be used solely by the registered account holder.
Registration
Account Registration and Security
To open an account with 399ok, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, selecting a secure password, and verifying your number via OTP. 399ok reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation at any time, including a copy of a government-issued identity document, in order to verify your identity and age before permitting withdrawals or continued platform use.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 399ok will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 399ok support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
399ok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, 399ok may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification showing your name, photograph, and date of birth. KYC documents are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities: using the platform while underage; registering more than one account; providing false registration information; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform; engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime through the platform.
Payments
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
All financial transactions on the 399ok platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 399ok supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the mobile wallet and bank transfer methods listed below. We do not accept international payment cards or cryptocurrency.
Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt by 399ok's payment processor. 399ok does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges. All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity and may not be deposited and withdrawn without any betting activity (bonus abuse or money cycling).
Withdrawals are paid back to the same mobile wallet or bank account from which the deposit originated (same-source rule). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification; 399ok reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending satisfactory identity verification. Once approved, withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. 399ok does not charge a withdrawal fee, but your mobile wallet provider may apply its own charges.
Deposits are credited instantly in normal circumstances. Withdrawal processing begins within 2 hours of approval and is typically completed within 24 hours. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. 399ok will communicate any delays to the affected account holder via the registered contact details.
Promotions
Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by 399ok are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, as well as the following general bonus rules which apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.
- All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
- A player may only claim each specific welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or referral abuse will result in all associated accounts being suspended and bonuses forfeited.
- 399ok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion, bonus, or offer at any time and without prior notice. This includes the right to correct any errors in promotion terms that were published in error.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be shared, gifted, or traded with any other person or account.
- If 399ok determines that a player has misused a bonus or exploited a promotion in bad faith — including through bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of free spin offers — the company reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and, where warranted, to close the account.
Betting Rules
Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules
All sports bets placed on 399ok are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each event and market type. Cricket betting markets including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international tours involving the Bangladesh Tigers are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed to the minimum required overs as specified in individual market rules, 399ok reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes. Live in-play bets are confirmed at the point the platform accepts the wager — late bets placed after a key event (wicket, boundary, no-ball) that has already occurred but not yet been reflected in the odds feed will be voided.
All casino games available on 399ok — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt — use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or real physical equipment (for live dealer games). Game rules, payouts, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are determined by the individual game providers and are disclosed within each game's information panel. 399ok does not alter, influence, or override any game's outcome or payout mechanics.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in the display of odds, game results, or account balances, 399ok reserves the right to void all affected bets and transactions. No claim may be made by a player in respect of a win that arises from an obvious error. 399ok will make all reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly and, where applicable, to return any stakes wagered on voided markets.
Player Safety
Responsible Gaming Obligations
399ok is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The platform provides the following responsible gaming features, all accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact support.
21+ Only. By law and by the terms of this agreement, 399ok is strictly available to persons aged 21 years and above. If you are under 21, you must not access or use this platform. If we have reason to believe that an account is held by a person under 21, we will suspend the account immediately and investigate.
- Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. A limit takes effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a minimum period of 24 hours after setting.
- Session Time Reminders: You may set a maximum session duration. When the set duration is reached, you will receive an on-screen reminder and may elect to end your session or continue.
- Cooling-Off Period: You may apply a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which you will not be able to access your account or place any bets. This takes effect within one hour of the request.
- Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion at any time. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed. Any balance remaining in the account will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of identity verification.
Account Management
Account Suspension and Termination
399ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Without limitation, the following circumstances will typically result in account suspension or termination.
- Breach of these Terms, including providing false registration information, operating duplicate accounts, or engaging in any form of fraud or cheating.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 399ok. Accounts pending KYC may have withdrawals held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
- Suspected involvement in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the 399ok platform.
- A player's voluntary request to close their own account. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 399ok support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method following identity verification.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of Platform Content
All content on the 399ok platform — including but not limited to the 399ok brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, images, game icons, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 399ok or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal gaming activity only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 399ok platform.
You must not use the 399ok brand name, logo, or any other platform content in any public communication, social media post, or marketing material without the express prior written consent of 399ok. Unauthorised use of 399ok intellectual property may result in legal action.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 399ok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage or system failure, even if 399ok has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total aggregate liability of 399ok to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
399ok makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. In the event of unplanned downtime, 399ok's sole obligation is to restore service as promptly as reasonably possible.
Changes
Amendments to These Terms
399ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 399ok will publish the updated Terms at 399ok.pro/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where reasonably practicable, 399ok will provide registered players with advance notice of significant changes via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Version: The English-language version of these Terms is the governing version. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
